We collect personal data in two ways:
1. When you contact us directly. If you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
2. Automatically, through website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, general location at a country/city level, device and browser type). This involves cookies and collection of your IP address, which Google processes on our behalf.
We do not collect payment or booking information on this website. Our “Book Now” buttons link directly to our listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, where any reservation, payment, and guest-detail information is collected and handled entirely by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We’d recommend reviewing Airbnb’s and Booking.com’s privacy policies separately if you book through them.
Why we collect this information
- Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry about availability, pricing, or your stay. We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it with third parties beyond what’s needed to send/receive the email itself (see “Who we share data with” below).
