A Family-Built Property in Plat, Between Dubrovnik and Cavtat
Apartments Maris sits in the quiet village of Plat, just 6 km from Cavtat and 12 km from the UNESCO-listed old town of Dubrovnik. We built this property ourselves, and it remains fully family-owned — this isn’t a hotel chain or a third-party managed listing, it’s a place our family built with three apartments, and we’re proud to welcome guests into it.
The location was no accident: a short walk from the beach, close enough to explore Dubrovnik and Cavtat, but far enough to fall asleep to nothing but the sea.
15 Years of Family-Run Hospitality
We opened Apartments Maris 15 years ago, in a property we built and still own today. What started as a small family venture has grown into three apartments — Comfort, Two Bedroom, and Superior — each one shaped by the same idea: give guests a genuinely comfortable, well-kept place to stay, with a sea view and a personal touch you don’t get from a big hotel.
